Gluten-Free Lemon Bundtcake

Lemon bundtcake, plus lemon glaze, plus lemon zest equals POW, zingy flavor bomb in your mouth! And being that it is summer, if you have access to some really good fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries,) you might want to sprinkle a bit of sugar on a bowlful, and let them sit for a bit. Then serve each slice of lemon bundtcake with a spoonful of plump, sugary summer berries. Because yum. Enjoy!
